Management is $125 per unit per month, with discounts for 4 or more units. The leasing fee is one month's rent ($1,500 minimum) and is only charged after a signed lease, so you don't pay until it's rented. Lease renewals are 30% of one month's rent. See our full pricing.
We serve Minneapolis, St. Paul and Twin Cities suburbs including Edina, Bloomington, Richfield, St. Louis Park, Eden Prairie and Minnetonka. Our office is at 7401 Metro Blvd, Suite 500, Edina, MN 55439.
Rent collection, 24/7 maintenance intake and coordination, lease enforcement and legal notices, monthly financial statements, market rent analysis, renewals, and 1099 processing and CRPs. Leasing includes pricing strategy, professional marketing and photography, tenant screening, lease preparation and move-in condition reports.
Every applicant goes through credit, background and rental history screening before we recommend approval.
