Adam Hunt is CEO & Partner of Fuze Real Estate, a rapidly growing Twin Cities real estate company specializing in Realty, Rentals & Renovations. Under Adam’s leadership, Fuze has experienced significant growth, expanding its property management portfolio from approximately 250 to more than 750 homes while building out its brokerage, leasing, renovation, and investor services.

Adam brings a unique background spanning real estate, operations, talent, organizational development, and leadership, with experience at some of the country’s most recognizable companies, including Google, Tesla, Delta Air Lines, and Southwest Airlines. His path to real estate leadership is anything but traditional, and he has brought lessons in culture, customer experience, technology, and scalable operations from those experiences into Fuze.

Today, Adam focuses on growth, strategy, people, and innovation. His approach centers on building great teams, creating scalable systems, embracing technology and AI, and delivering an exceptional experience for clients. As both a real estate operator and licensed real estate professional in Minnesota and Wisconsin, Adam understands the business from the ground up and is passionate about helping investors build, manage, and maximize their real estate portfolios.
