I went from zero hope I’d be able to rent my house before winter to having a renter ready to go within a 2 hr. period thanks to Chris’ hard work. He was attentive the whole time and easy to reach and talk with as well as extremely helpful. (At the time and since) High recommendation from me ☺️

This review is specifically for one of the staff members, Nick B. He’s great at explaining how the inspections go, asking about if there’s any concerns the tenants have, and sharing those concerns with the owners. Fuze in general also have good communication and typically respond in a timely manner (may need an occasional follow up).

Mike B helped me secure my new apartment. The process was very smooth and he always answered all my questions efficiently. The people in the office down town St. Paul are also super helpful and kind. I had a great experience working with VSM.

Fuze RE is very responsive! We had an issue, and they were very responsive. Will Smith helped put us in touch with management to solve the problem. Ultimately, we discovered the issue was within our bank and had nothing to do with Fuze RE. The Fuze RE team was responsive and willing to help quickly and professionally. We are grateful!

Brian did an outstanding job helping us buy our first house. He really listened to what we were looking for and even steered us away from a few homes with hidden issues we wouldn’t have noticed on our own. If you don’t like moving fast and getting what needs done… Jackie and team isn’t for you. Jackie and team is awesome!! She is very responsive and provides a great deal of next steps. Administratively…. She’s on top of it. But the staging… game changer!! I never thought my house could look the way it did. She transformed it and went above and beyond!! With her expertise we sold our house within 4 hrs of it being on the market, 20k over asking, and my realtor joked that he had to call and cancel over 12 showings, cancel open house that never happened, sign post that never made it to the front yard and all the marketing package that he couldn’t use. All in Minnesota in January. We appreciate all your help Jackie!! What would have lasted 30-120 days with extra monthly payments was 4hrs. I look forward to working with you again and definitely refer others to you.
