Meet Lauren Hill – the Chief Operating Officer of Fuze Real Estate and Construction Pros. Throughout her career in a variety of industries and roles, Lauren has developed skills in recruiting, team building, technology utilization, and change management. Leading with transparency, authenticity, and flexibility, she strives to put client’s needs first and build teams that provide exceptional service.

Among her many passions in real estate, property renovations and rehabs are at the top of the list – she strives to take distressed properties and breath new life into them, providing equity and value to her clients. Additionally, Lauren has renovated and sold properties, sought out (and acquired) vacant land for development, and established connections to answer questions that may arise during the residential real estate processes.

Lauren lives in St. Paul, MN with her husband, one year old son, and fur baby, Barli. During her spare time, she loves being with her friends and family, exploring the outdoors, hiking, live music, gardening, and kickboxing.
